Found on Lawrence Avenue West in North York, it offers a staggering variety of over eighty townhouses for your consideration. The two- and three-story units available cost between $500,000 and $800,000. Buyers should look to start occupancy between the fall of 2020 and the spring of 2021.

At a towering twenty-nine stories, Auberge on the Park’s second wave will spread out across over 13 hectares of Flemingdon Park. There are 215 suites in development ranging between 1,069 sq. ft. to nearly 2,200 sq. ft. Buyers should expect to pay anywhere from just over $825,000 to almost $2,000,000 and should look forward to occupancy in the summer of 2022

DuEast Boutique

The reinvigoration and regrowth of the Regen Park community in Toronto hold’s strong today as it continues at 34 Tubman St. An eleven-story tower, the DuEast Boutique by the Daniels Corporation will be another great addition to the ever-changing neighborhood that is East-End. Offering nearly 120, you can expect to spend around $300,000 to $400,000 for the less expensive suites. Occupancy for these 466 sq. ft. to over 1,200 sq. ft. units looks to be mid-2019.

Aqualuna

The growing community of Bayside on Toronto’s waterfront will soon add the 16-story Aqualuna to its ranks. There will be a total of 225 suites, each ranging in size from a comfortable 821 sq. ft. to a spacious 4,262 sq. ft., you won’t be lacking in choice.
