The Port Credit neighbourhood is all geared up for an upgrade like never before. The most anticipated Brightwater project in Mississauga’s Port Credit is planning on redefining the place as “A neighbourhood within a  village within a city.” A group of four leading developers in Toronto – the Kilmer, DiamondCorp, Dream and FRAM+Slokker have worked in partnership to unveil a master-planned community soon to be up and running. The Port Credit core is a  hub of shops, restaurants, offices, and services spanning over 300,000 square feet. And everything is easily accessible with steps to  places like the Credit River, Port Credit marina, the library and arena; and the Port Credit GO station is only minutes away. The composure of nature overlaps the chaos of the city with connections to Lake Ontario and the Waterfront Trail. There is a community center and an elementary school included in the neighbourhood as well. 

With approximately 2500 condos and more than 400 townhouses up for sale, you just have to make up your mind on which to pick! Either choose to live close to the action or away in serenity with an unbeatable view as promised by the builders. With all the features offered, the neighbourhood will be molded to be a perfect place for families to call home.
